Christopher Nolan's "Interstellar" is one of the most Important, Space film I've ever watched. In a world where there are masterpieces like Stanley Kubrick's "2001: A space odyssey" and Some movies from the "Star Wars" franchise, watching something as realistic as Interstellar felt a lot better than watching any other movie. Even though it isn't exactly realistic, it still is the closest to reality in my opinion.

dust storm interstellar

Interstellar takes place in the near future where the Earthlings are on the brick of going Extinct. It is full of grief, anger, and regret. There is some kind of a war between the engineers and farmers. Nasa is progressing but secretly and humans are trying to figure out the new ways of survival. Whether it’s the farmers or the Scientists both are Trying their best but being successful is almost impossible for both of them. However, the scientists do have a more realistic approach even though it sounds surreal.

The lead Character which is played amazingly by Matthew McCaughey Is personally my favorite of them all. Dr. Brand Played by Michael Caine is also one of the most important characters in the film. But what I like the most about this film is the relationship between a father and a daughter, in this case, Cooper and Murphy. Their relationship is so important that it plays the most critical role in achieving the goal.

The Score of the movie is one of the finest I've ever heard. Hanz Zimmer is a Living Legend and as usual Christopher Nolan and Han Zimmer was a successful partnership. Hanz Zimmer's "No time to die" is one of his best work I've heard so far. Even after almost 6 years I still listen to it regularly. Christopher Nolan's "Interstellar" in my opinion would have been incomplete without Hanz Zimmer's Contributions. I hope to see more of the Christopher Nolan and Hanz Zimmer partnership in the future. It always feels as if they complete each other's Masterpieces.

protagonist with his daughter

The films emphasis on the idea of Love and how it transcends space and time is something that is going to stay with me forever. As I've mentioned earlier the relationship between Cooper and Murph plays a very vital role in the achievement of their goal. But there also is another relationship which is almost ignored by the audience but is very vital to the story and the Theme of the movie. I'm talking about the relationship between Dr. Amelia Brand (Which is played by Anne Hathaway) and a veteran Nasa Astronaut named Wolf Edmunds.

One of my favorite characters is TARS a robot with Artificial Intelligence who is a lot more important than some of the crew members of the mission. TARS also accompany Cooper into the black hole and plays an important role in helping Cooper send the message to Murph. TARS also is then saved in the end and still is a very loyal friend to Cooper. I liked the "humor setting" part about TARS a lot especially when he would piss off Cooper.

The Ending of Interstellar is the most critical and confusing part of the movie. Most of the audience can't even comprehend easily. Some Had to watch the movie more than one time to Understand it. It needs a lot of contemplation and it also has some very contradictory Interpretations. Even after almost six years, it's still talked about. Different theories are still being discussed about its ending. There's always an optimistic and Pessimistic approach to its interpretation in some theories, it is concluded that Cooper might 've died at the end of the movie and after he wakes up in the hospital room is what his afterlife looks like.

One of the most beautiful yet heartbreaking scene was when Cooper meets his very old Daughter. I like how none of the family member's face is shown on screen except his daughter's because it still is just about him and her and their relationship. I also loved how they let each other go in the end when Murph says "No parent should have to watch their own child die." After hearing this quote, I got goosebumps and I still find myself contemplating this quote even today.

As I've mentioned how concisely quotes have been used in this film my favorite of them is a quote by the character named Dr. Mann which is played by Matt Damon. He say's "I pray you never learn; just how good it can be to see another face."

LOTR

The Lord of the Rings is a film directed by Peter Jackson, an outstanding director. It consists of three extraordinary fantasy adventure. This series is based on J. R. R. Tolkien novel. Currently, the three films that are released are The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers, and The Return of the King in 2001,2002, and 2003 respectively. Its production and distribution is done by New Line Cinema, while WingNut Films was in co-production.

one ring

The middle-earth has everything, from dwarfs to elves. From Gaint eagles to scary dragons. Amazing scenery, and cinematography. Huge wars between the Good and Evil forces. Romance, brotherhood and many other things.

In The Fellowship of the Ring, Bilbo who founds the ring after it was lost for a long time celebrates his 111th birthday. He then tells Gandalf that he wants to leave the shire, and give his inheritance, including the One Ring to his nephew Frodo. Gandalf then tell Frodo to go and destroy the ring. Frodo goes on with his friend on the quest.

In The Two Towers, there is a big war that is happening in Helms Deep after Uruk-Hai of the Sauron Forces try to destroy the Rohan. They evacuate the people to Helms Deep which is an ancient fortress which managed to defend against every kind of attack. Although this impregnable fortress has one weakness, and it's the sewer system. After a deadly battle, when Rohan are on the brink of defeat. Gandalf along with Rohirrim, Fierce battalion of Horse riders arrive to help, and they win the battle.

In The Return of the King, There is a battle in Gondor, where the Sauron forces arrive with all their force. The Gondor forces are less in number, and they are almost defeated. But before the war Gandalf light the fire torches which give a signal to the Rohan, who comes out in order to help the Gondor against the Sauron's army. Later on, Frodo manages to destroy the ring, and then everyone lives happily after.

No matter how many time you watch this masterpiece, it never gets old.

For all those serial drama lovers who look forward to opinions from more drama lovers! I have personally seen a loooooot of dramas of all times, many cultures and genres. Not that I am proud of but after one time you start getting a sense of what dramas are what kind. So after I had watched many urdu, Turkish, American, Chinese etc etc dramas I decided to go for a different culture and I came across the great Korean nation. Yes I went for K dramas, man, I watched so many I quickly lost count but we always have those that stand out from the others.

For me that other was ‘cheese in the trap’, I liked this one and I liked it gooood. Now imagine this, I was in my third year in business studies and the lead women is in third year business studies. I could relate to the girl’s hectic life, her friends, her work load, her problems and her fun events. The story of this drama was so deep and detail oriented. You have to watch it more than once at least of course I have watched too many times.
This is a story of a girl named Hong Seol she is a third year student who works very hard to earn her tuition, pay her expenses and study well. She has these two amazing friends who take care of her. And then there is a senior of her who she believes is one twisted person who is out to ruin her life she tries to avoid him any chance she gets and somewhat believes he is behind some of her misfortune happening which you will understand better when you see the series, the girl was not some paranoid freak.

So when she doesn’t have enough money for her university fees she decides to take a year off and her positive point is that by that time her ‘senior’ will be passed out and she can go to school in peace but to her surprise she gets the scholarship that semester and it happens because of that senior that’s when the story of this series starts properly. I won’t be giving out any spoiler but I believe this one is worth watching!

The story of this season starts with the need of new surgeons from general and cardiothoracic surgery.  In search for potential surgeons Master Kim went to Geosan University Hospital. There Master Kim encountered a second-year cardiothoracic surgery fellow named Cha Eun-jae, and a second-year general surgery fellow named Seo Woo-jin.

The relationship of Woo-jin and Eun-jae was very complicated because they were both friends and competitors at medical school. Woo-jin was hated by many other surgeons as in his previous hospital he had whistleblown against his senior of unethical acts. Woo-jin’s whole family committed suicide together but Woo-Jin survived.so Woo-jin was in huge debt left by his parents and because of high interest rate the amount of debt increased so much that Woo-jin was unable to pay.

Being in a lockdown gives one quite a lot of time to reflect on oneself, doesn’t it?

It also gives you the opportunity to watch all 8 parts of one of your all-time favorite movies. For me the evergreen harry potter series hold quite the special spot. I started all over from the place where a boy with a scar on his head was sent to his muggle relatives who treated him quite indifferently, made him do a lot of work. You tend to get Cinderella vibes around that time. But of course he is still a gem of a person. So while he is living a normal life in the suburbs, he gets this letters or a rain of letters which invites him to this place called ‘Hogwarts’ which becomes the reasons of eternal obsessions of people all around the globe.

We can never forget the greatest lesson it teaches us which dawns realization upon us all the way to the end of the series to the very last part. It teaches us that we do not know as well as we think we do!

Although there are many instances where this point is made but the most impactful is Severus Snape. Harry Potter spends his whole life believing that Snape loathed him and wanted to hurt him and was a part of the enemy, just to mention I also believed this quite a large portion of my life until I decided to watch Harry Potter from the very start to end after I was old enough to properly understand it, that is when I realized who Snape actually was and the misunderstandings from the very start that portrait him as one hateful man were all instances where he was trying to protect Potter.

Safe to say, I was surprised. I believe there are still many people who have not seen Harry Potter and So, as now we have quite the time on our hands, if you are looking for a series where it will be worth your time and long. This is the one!
